Got this notice from AirMasyers today... Hawks hopefully is on the way too!.... All Pilots,Jim Maupin has informed me that he has received an email from the AMA regarding the application he sent in to the AMA regarding FRIA approval.Airmasters Airfield has received APPROVAL of our site as a FRIA approved site.This means that AMA members and club members that fly at our airfield DO NOT require any "REMOTE ID" radio transmitter devices.Jim has been in contact with the AMA and has requested the FAA notification email to the AMA as additional confirmation. Hello all. It's been some time since I flew much. I'm going for open heart surgery 9/5. After I mend maybe I'll have the energy to come out to enjoy the gang, and flying again. The Doc said I should be able to play the violin afterwards, funny I could never play one before. ?
